PURPOSE: Provided is a metal and vinyl separator capable of sorting out metal and vinyl from food waste, so that the food waste can be recycled as fodder. CONSTITUTION: The separator comprises a conveyer(10) for transferring food waste at regular speed on a belt(11); a metal separator(20) with a housing(21) provided to cover a portion of the conveyer(10), a strong magnet(22) and a weak magnet(23) provided in the housing(20) in parallel, a transporting member(24) for transporting the separated metal from the strong magnet(22) to the weak magnet(23) and dropping it into a hopper(26) by being driven by a motor(25); and a vinyl separator with a circulating conveyer belt, a plurality of pins having needle tips, a brush, a chip conveyer belt and a roller, a hopper, wherein the vinyl is hooked by the pins, separated from the pins(32) by the brush, the chip conveyer belt and the roller, and dropped into the hopper. |
