<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail connecting attachment capable of being easily continuously connected to rod-shaped handrail members even in a curved state at a corner part without needing skillful technique, allowing a user to move on the stairs while smoothly sliding a hand by continuously connecting the handrail connecting attachment with the handrail members with a diameter same as a linear part, and further providing the connection of good design. SOLUTION: The handrail members 21, 21 are connected by the handrail connecting attachment 3 having inserting members 32 fixed to end parts of the rod-shaped wood handrail members 21 and having inserting parts 32r smaller than an outer diameter of the handrail member 21, and a corner joint member 31 formed by a metallic or resin molding provided with receiving parts 31c for inserting the inserting parts 32r at its both ends, and having the rod-shape of an outer diameter approximately equal to the handrail member 21.</p> |
