PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gusset bag with which a tear-open tape is difficult to peel or remove when filled with sweetened and jellied bean paste or the like which has been heated to be flowable, or to provide a concealable gusset bag with which even if a nonmetallic packaging material is used, a seal with a liquid caught or transition of a sealant smell to contents is difficult to occur when sealing after the paste is filled and a packaged article with good appear ance can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The gusset bag is made of a nonmetallic packaging material formed into a bag form, which employs a thermally weldable resin of the same base in a material of a sealant layer of a packaging material and in a material of a sealant layer of a tear-open tape or includes a paper material layer whose weighing capacity is 10 to 100 g/m<2> , a sealant layer made of a polyethylene with a thickness of 80μm or less and a film base interposed therebetween.
