PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for taking a high-contrast high- quality photograph by eliminating a marine snow phenomenon and a flare phenomenon caused by a built-in stroboscope at photographing time in an externally attached stroboscope emitting light synchronizing with the built-in stroboscope of a digital camera incorporated in an underwater housing or an amphibian digital camera. SOLUTION: By installing an infrared light transmitting and visible light preventing filter at the light emitting part of the built-in stroboscope of the digital camera incorporated in the underwater housing or the amphibian digital camera, only infrared light is radiated and received by the light receiving part sensor of the externally attached stroboscope, and the externally attached stroboscope emits the light synchronizing therewith.
