PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a razor attachment device of a slitter easy and safe to replace razors 7a and 7b. SOLUTION: A receiving groove 4 is formed along a side face of an arm 3, a razor is held by a cartridge type holder 2. At a tip end 6 of the arm 3, the holder is fitted to the receiving groove 4 of the arm, a lock mechanism is assembled to the arm to lock the holder not to come off, the razor is arranged at a side face 5 of the arm in parallel, an edge 8 of the razor protrudes from the holder and the arm, and a web material 1 is slit by the edge.
