PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejection pin which is prevented from damaging an O-ring when the ejection pin is combined into a die. SOLUTION: In the ejection pin which is used in the case of taking out a casting from the inner part of the die in vacuum die casting and in which an outer peripheral surface for ejecting the casting from the inner part of the die is sealed with the O-ring, the ejection pin is constituted of a mall diameter part 16, in which an outer diameter at one end side faces to the casting is smaller than the inner diameter of the O-ring 19, a large diameter part 17 which extends to the opposite side of the small diameter part 16 and is sealed with the inner diameter of the O-ring 17, and a tapered part 18 smoothly connecting the large diameter part 19 and the small diameter part 16.
