PURPOSE: A staff franchise marketing system and a method thereof are provided to control a management and a responsibility of a selling amount of money through the main office by enabling a member store master to do a business in a member store as a regular staff of the main office. CONSTITUTION: A web server having a conventional database(11) is mounted in the main office(10). A computer terminal is mounted in a member store(20). The web server of the main office(10) is connected to the computer terminal through the Internet. A member store master is a staff of the main office(10) and manages a sale and a selling result in the main office(10). Profits through a business are distributed equally according to grades of member store masters in the total company selling amount of money. A member store master collects new member stores and a collection allowance is supplied for the member store master. A partial portion of a business profit is distributed to the member store(20).
