PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistive panel for covering the inside of a tunnel and a fire-resistive covering structure in the tunnel for protecting the concrete inwall of the existing or new tunnel for a road from the heat of a fire. SOLUTION: In the fire-resistive covering structure in the tunnel used for the inside of a primary lining body composed of reinforced concrete, iron or the composite body of iron and concrete carried out on either tunnel of a shield tunnel, an immersed tunnel or an excavated tunnel, the fire-resistive covering structure is composed of the fire-resistive panels 6, in which cavity-side surfaces in the tunnel are covered with metal plates 10 and which consist of a heat- insulating material 8, and supporters 11 being extended in the tunnel peripheral direction and bonding the mutual adjacent fire-resistive panels 6 in the tunnel axial direction while fixing the fire-resistive panels 6 onto the primary lining body 3 through fixing bolts 12, and the metal plates 10 have a corrugated shape 13 in the tunnel axial direction.
