PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate contact pressure (frictional reaction force) of a shroud 4 by a direct value as an electric signal. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 6 is disposed on a contact face 5 of the shroud 4 to fetch the electric signal of the contact pressure. The direct value as an electric signal of voltage generated in the piezoelectric element 6 depending on the contact pressure is evaluated, and the direct value as an electric signal of the contact pressure (frictional reaction force) of the shroud 4 is quantitatively evaluated. Therefore, it can be directly checked that the frictional reaction force is in a state where damping force at the time of operation is maximum.
