PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install and remove an enclosing device by attaching the enclosing device to a wall of a rest room. SOLUTION: A portable rest room (1) integrally connecting a box-like housing room having a door (3a) on a front and a toilet bowl in an inside to an upper part of a human waste tank (2) is provided, a pair of right and left face-like side frames (6) framed to a substantially corresponding area is provided on a side of the rest room (1) by a slender frame material, each side frame (6) is opposed to both right and left sides to be detachably mounted in the rest room (1), a side sheet or a side net (17) is stretched on the substantially whole face of each side frame (6) respectively, and a rear face sheet or a rear face net (18) covering a rear face of the rest room (1) is stretched between rear frames of each side frame (6).
