PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition device by making a sheet holding pieces smaller, making carriage and storage easier and permitting to immediately start sheet installation without prearrangement. SOLUTION: This is a partition device for which a flexible sheet 4 is tensed between the facing surfaces of a frame 1 in a longitudinal direction of the facing surfaces of the frame 1; a base end portion with a front to rear width widened at a holding piece 2 provided with an opening piece having a frontward or rearward C-shape at a fitting groove 6 having a front-to-rear width made larger at a deep part is fitted, a linking rod 3 in a direction along the end edge is inserted and fitted to a cylindrical piece formed at the end edge of the sheet 4 and a proper position of the linking rod 3 is held by an opening piece of the holding piece 2 and the sheet 4 can be tensed in the frame 1.
