PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a seal strength, to stabilize a feed of oil to a thrust bearing part, and to hold a sufficient amount of oil by increasing a volume of the interior of a taper seal part. SOLUTION: A taper seal part 28 where a gap which is inclined from the external side in a radial direction to the internal side and the gap size of which is gradually increased as it is spaced away from the thrust bearing part 22 is formed between a conical surface 14a of a thrust plate 14 and an inclined surface 25a, opposed in a radial direction to the conical surface, of a ring-form member 25. The interface of lubrication oil 8 held at the thrust bearing part 22 is formed in the taper seal part 28.
