PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a drill stand capable of easily and surely fixing a base plate to a wall surface. SOLUTION: This drill stand 1 fixes the base plate 4 to a non-working material by passing a clamp rod 6 having at least one of abutting shoulder parts 7a and 7b acing in an axis direction through a through hole 5 provided on the base plate 4. A locking means 8 arranged in relation to the through hole 5 includes corresponding shoulder parts 10a and 10b for locking the clamp rod 6 by shape coupling in the axis direction with the abutting shoulder parts 7a and 7b of the clamp rod 6 and manually operable eccentric means 11a and 11b for clamping the clamp rod 6 locked on the locking means 8 in the axis direction.
