AIR INJECTION SYSTEM OF TIRE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An air injection system of a tire for a vehicle is provided to reduce working hours and reduce the reworking cost by performing exact work in accordance with the specification of a tire. CONSTITUTION: An air injection system of a tire for a vehicle includes a work directions PC(Personal Computer,21) transmitting the air value of the tire installed to a pneumatic injection line to inject pneumatic pressure; a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,22) receiving the air value of the tire from the work direction PC and controlling a pneumatic injection device(25); a photo sensor sensing the tire goes into a position to input the specification value to the PLC from the work directions PC; a tire width-measuring sensor(24) checking the width of the tire; the pneumatic injection device injecting air to the tire; a data server(26) producing data for the work directions PC and receiving production plan data; and a communication relay device(27) supporting communication to transmit and receive data between the data server and the PLC. Accordingly, working hours are reduced and rework is prevented.
