PURPOSE: Mounting structure of a dual link-type rear suspension is provided to reduce the number of parts and reduce the number of process, the weight, and the cost by using just a fixing member without using a reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION: In mounting structure of a dual link-type rear suspension, a widely formed-joining end portion(1a) of a rear cross member(1) is attached to the bottom of a rear floor side member(2) and then a pair of bulk heads(4,4') are each joined to the sides of the rear floor side member. A head portion(6a) of a fixing member(6) is fitted between the bulk heads and rear floor side member, and a combining portion(6b) of the fixing member is exposed outside, passing through the joining end portion of the rear cross member. The combining portion of the fixing member is mounted to a cross member and is fixed with a nut. Thus, the number of parts is reduced by using the fixing member having the function of guide and supporting the mounting portion, in assembling without using a reinforcing member.
