PURPOSE: A computer reading medium having data related to a rule is provided to enable a user to understand contents of the rule easily by reading the contents through a computer. CONSTITUTION: A central server(201) includes a computer reading medium having data related to a rule. At least one computer(PC1, PC2, ... , PCn) is connected to the central server(201) through the Internet(NT). If the computer(PC1, PC2, ... , PCn) is connected to the central server(201) and requests the data, a computer reading medium is transmitted to the computer(PC1, PC2, ... , PCn). The first data have detailed items with respect to a business flow and a management standard. The second data have detailed items with respect to a business execution standard and a recording management standard. The third data have detailed items with respect to a failure and improvement history. The business execution standard is attached to the business flow. If a computer user clicks items described in the business flow being displayed on a screen of the computer(PC1, PC2, ... , PCn), corresponded contents are displayed in detail.
