PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent voltage unevenness from occurring when inspecting the display of a liquid crystal display penal and to prevent the liquid crystal display panel from being lighted abnormally when using the panel as a component of a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: In this liquid crystal display device, a dummy electrode 17 independent of panel electrode terminals is formed in the vicinity of the outside of the panel electrode terminal 11 of the outermost side being one side in a plurality of the panel electrode terminals 11 and an electrode terminal for a dummy 21 is formed in the vicinity of the outside of the flexible electrode terminal 14 of the outmost side being one side in a plurality of the flexible electrode terminals 14 and when the flexible electrode terminals 14 and the panel electrode terminal 11 are in connected states, the dummy electrode 17 and the electrode terminal for the dummy electrode 21 are connected.
