PURPOSE: An active matrix organic electro luminescence device is provided to prevent a badness by forming a redundant power supply line at a power supply line connected to a power line which supplies a power to a thin film transistor for driving an organic luminescence layer. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines are formed to define a plurality of pixels. A plurality of power lines(113,117) are disposed in parallel with the data lines. At least one thin film transistor for switching is formed in each pixel and is switched according to an applied signal. At least one thin film transistor for driving is formed in each pixel and operates as the transistor for switching is turned on. An organic luminescence part is formed in each pixel and is supplied with a signal from a power line when the transistor for driving is turned on. Dual layers are connected each other and supply a signal to each power line.
