PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage packaging container which does not need to be separately collected and is convenient to use. SOLUTION: The beverage packaging container includes a cup-shaped container body 11 having a lower flange 31 along a rim and a closure 12 having an upper flange 41 sealed with the lower flange 31 along its periphery and equipped with a drinking port 61 inside the upper flange 41. The container body 11 and the closure 12 are both made of a paper-based laminate. An upper swell 43 is provided inside the upper flange 41 including the drinking port 61.
