SOLUTION: This measuring instrument is provided with a dial 8 equipped with pointers 2, turning regions for turning the pointers 2, display parts 18 for the instrument for displaying letters and marks and an alarm display part 7; and light-transmitting members 9 laminated and disposed on the front face of the dial 8 and equipped with openings 24 corresponding to the turning regions.
