PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crown prosthesis which can be formed into free shapes by the inventive idea and application of an operator, has excellent universatility, is applicable to various cases and has high mechanical strength and excellent durability, a plate denture fixture, a plate denture having the same, and a method of manufacturing the crown prosthesis. SOLUTION: This crown prosthesis has a metallic platform area 4 which is put on an abutment tooth 3, one or a plurality of stem areas 5 which are integrally formed at their base areas with the platform area, and a fitting area 6 which is formed integrally with the respective other ends of the stem areas.
