PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch case which can be stood up from the plus direction to the minus direction of its inclination angle in the longitudinal direction of a band. SOLUTION: The structure of the watch case which can stand the watch case having a time display part to the band consists of a base 22 having holes 23a and 23b for fitting the band and engaging members 24a and 24b provided in the short direction of the band at a center part to be engaged with the watch case 21, and the watch case 21 having a projecting part 25 in the longitudinal direction of the band on a lower side and circular engaging holes 26a and 26b where the engaging members 24a and 24b slid engaged with the projecting part. The watch case can be stood up with inclination with respect to the base 22.
