PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for freely bending and extending an arm while a protection tool has been fitted, a method for freely fitting the protection tool regardless of the relationship left and right arms, and a method for freely adjusting the shock absorption force of the protection tool. SOLUTION: A cutting opening 1 is provided at the hip joint section of the protection tool for freely moving the arm by a thin plate made of a cushion material (1). Cutting openings 1 and 2 are provided at the upper and lower portions corresponding to the hip joint section of the protection tool for fitting to either of the left and right arms in the protection tool (2). A tube 4 having an opening/closing valve 3 is provided inside the shock-absorbing material of the protection tool to freely adjust shock absorption force (3).
