PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wax-coating utensil equipped with a wax tank of which the attaching to a handle is simple, and of which the operation is easy. SOLUTION: The lower section of the tank main body 11 is engaged with a bracket 6 which is fixed to an intermediate section of the handle 5 with an U-bolt, and the neck section 20 is attached to the handle with a fastener 7, and thus, the wax tank 10 is attached. For the wax tank, in a valve-housing section 30 at the lower section, a valve having a valve ball is provided. Then, one end of a string is connected with the valve ball, and the string passes through the neck section. Also, to the other end of the string, a knob ring 50 is connected. Resin tubes 55 are extended downward from the valve-housing section, and the distal ends of the resin tubes 55 are held by guide holders 8A and 8B being fixed to a mop holder 2, and the distal ends are made to face diagonally downward. During usage, the valve is opened when the knob ring is pulled up, and a wax stored in the tank main body is fed to the periphery of a mop section 1 from the resin tubes.
