PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing crystals of small grain sizes and simultaneously a narrow grain size distribution. SOLUTION: The method for crystallizing the crystals below 100μm in average grain size comprises performing crystallization by simultaneously using ultrasonic waves to be directly introduced by using a sonotrode into a solution or suspension of a compound to be crystallized and a specific proportional agitation driving power.
