PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of heretofore needing to call a salesclerk because of being unable to reach goods in a high place in many cases when the handicapped living a wheelchair life due to paralysis of the lower half of the body goes out shopping or the like and further the height difference of the eye line when talking to a healthy person, which was a big factor of impeding independence. SOLUTION: The handicapped operates the wheelchair and lifts the seat face by own strength. The device is characterized by having a mechanism for removing the seat face and folding the wheelchair when stored.
