PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvesting machine making it possible that a pulling-out operation of crops, such as green soybeans, is mechanized so that labors for a harvesting operation of the green soybeans are saved, and further capable of preventing final harvested products, such as the green soybeans, from being damaged when the crop is pulled out from a farm field. SOLUTION: This harvesting machine is equipped with a traveling unit 1, a pulling-out and conveying unit 2, a soil-removing unit 3, and a soil-dividing unit 4, wherein the pulling-out and conveying unit 2 grips a root part r of the crop P and upward conveys the crop P so that the crop P is pulled out from the farm field E while the machine is operating and traveling, the soil-removing unit 3 is positioned at the front of a crop-gripping starting area S of the pulling- out and conveying unit 2 so as to transfer and remove the soil located on both the right and left sides of the root part (r) of the crop P planted in the soil to the outside areas of both the right and left sides, and the soil-dividing unit 4 is positioned at the front of the soil-removing unit 3 so as to divide the soil located on both the right and left sides of the root part (r) of the crop P into the right and left sides.
