PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance entertaining potentialities of games by making operations of players and series of performances related to one another to carry on the games. SOLUTION: The slot machine is provided with a plurality of reels 31 on which many kinds of figures are displayed, operation switches (bed switch 43, start switch 41 and stop switch 42) which players operate at the start or the stop of the reels 31 and an image display device 40 which carries out performances during games. With the condition that the specified switch (stop switch 42) is not operated out of the operation switches, outputs are produced to somewhere in the course of the performances from the image display device 40 while the states left in the course thereof are maintained after the outputting. When the specified operation switch is operated, the maintaining of the states left in the course of the performances is released while the outputting of the following performances is started according to the operation timings of the specified operation switch.
