PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the arrow of a dart in a dart game with clay for enabling infants and children to safely enjoy the game as a material. SOLUTION: A small mass of a clay-like substance is set to be a dart arrow. The small mass is not elastic and is not sticky by appropriate hardness by adding water to a polyetylene oxide with a molecular weight of 3,000 or higher, a pulp, and silica.
