FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out topographic examination of brain with following tumor- and the whole pathologic changes focus radiometric examination in four directions on crosssections built in sagittal and horizontal plane. Angiogenesis activity index K is determined from mean value relations linking tumor diameter Dmt and the pathologic changes focus diameter Dmp. When K<=0,8 being the case, angiogenesis in glioma is considered to be active. K>0.8 being the case, angiogenesis in glioma is considered not to be active. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis. |
