PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use content providing service from a specific user terminal without restrictions on connecting means. SOLUTION: A service entity that manages access to a content providing service on a network distributes a user terminal 40. A management server 10 that the service entity manages includes a registration part 16 that holds terminal identification information for identifying the user terminal 40, an acceptance part 12 that, if a use request for the content providing service is made from the distributed user terminal 40, accepts the terminal identification information on the user terminal 40 irrespective of the kind of connecting means for the network, and an authentication processing part 14 that refers to the registration part 16 to authenticate the accepted terminal identification information, and, if the terminal identification information is authenticated, performs processing for permitting the use of the content providing service. |
