PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a land evaluating method capable of providing almost same result even if anybody evaluates land, and allowing evaluation of the land by maximally absorbing an individual difference, and to propose a land information providing method allowing easy, retrieval of rural house land and villa land for meeting the needs on the basis of this evaluating method. SOLUTION: The land is actually observed by using a template having evaluation items composed of at least 'a natural coexistence environment,' 'safe calmness,' 'traffic access,' 'surrounding convenience,' and 'construction requirements,' and respectively arranging a plurality of sub-items in the respective evaluation items. Scores are respectively given by evaluating the respective sub-items stepwise. An evaluation score of the respective evaluation items can be acquired by totalizing these scores with every evaluation item. |
