PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electronic draft display function in consideration of input support function, function for presenting a list of electronic drafts to perform an assignment or discount, redemption delaying function, backup line borrowing function, and credibility as applied functions to be further desired in addition to basic issuing, distributing and refunding functions conventionally proposed with respect to electronic drafts. SOLUTION: In this electronic draft management system for managing the registration, right transfer, and erasion of electronic drafts, the data for realizing the above function is managed, and the above function is realized by a series of processing flows with the systems used by a primary party, an assignee, and a financial institute. |
