PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid for a solenoid valve which can be produced simply and at a low cost by reducing the number of parts and by reducing process of assembly. SOLUTION: In the solenoid 3A for the solenoid valve, an end wall portion 4b is further provided with a function of a stator core by forming a pole face 4c at the end wall portion 4b of a magnetic material case 4 covering a bobbin 7 wound by a coil 6, an end face of a moving core 5 inserted into center holes 7a and 8a between the bobbin 7 and a magnetic material plate 8 is opposed to the pole face 4c and the moving core 5 is adsorbed on the end wall portion 4b by electrification operation to the coil 6.
