PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuisance mail prevention system, a nuisance mail prevention method and a program for preventing nuisance mail for surely and easily preventing the nuisance mail. SOLUTION: The nuisance mail prevention system 10 is constituted to include a server 16 that can perform data communication between a customer portable telephone 12 and a general terminal 14 through network communication. The server 16 is constituted to include a general address storing means 18, a customer address storing means 20, a general mail receiving means 22, a mail selecting means 24, a general temporary address retrieving means 26, a customer true address retrieving means 28, a general mail transferring means 30, a customer mail receiving means 32, a customer temporary address retrieving means 34, a general true address retrieving means 36, and a customer mail transferring means 38.
