PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder which dispenses with the coupling of a speed sensor to an AC motor, for driving a winding roll. SOLUTION: The winder is equipped with the winding roll 1, a dancer roll 7, and a measuring roll 5, and the winding roll 1 is coupled with the AC motor 3 via a reduction gear 2, and the AC motor is controlled by a speed sensorless vector control inverter 15. The dancer roll 7 is driven by a bellofram cylinder 8 and a vacuum converter 9. The measuring roll 5 is coupled with a speed sensor 6. The vacuum converter 9 and the speed sensorless vector control inverter 15 are controlled by a winding controller 100. |
