摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize position information of a mobile station so as to attain high-speed carrier frequency search and cell search processing and reduce power consumption of the mobile station. SOLUTION: A first cellular wireless communication system base station controller BSC1 for a first cellular wireless communication system and a second cellular wireless communication system base station controller BSC2 for a second cellular wireless communication system are provided and separate cells are defined to the respective cellular wireless communication systems. Assuming that the cells for the first cellular wireless communication system are A1, k, the cells for the second cellular wireless communication system A2, k, A2, k+1, A2, k+2, and base stations provided to the cells BS1, k, BS2, k, BS2, k+1, BS2, k+2, the base stations BS1, k are controlled by the first cellular wireless communication system base station controller BSC1, and the BS2, k, BS2, k+1, BS2, k+2 are controlled by the second cellular wireless communication system base station controller BSC2. A cell ID and the carrier frequency of the second cellular wireless communication system can be specified by using a base station database on the basis of a cell ID of the first cellular wireless communication system.</p>
