CONSTITUTION: An MT transmits a handoff request message to a target base station(500). At this time, an ID of the MT and an ID of an anchor base station are included to the transmitted message. The target base station checks the received message and transmits the handoff request message to the corresponding anchor base station. At this time, the target base station transmits the ID of the MT together with its own ID. Then the anchor base station sets a connection(520) and then transmits a traffic through the corresponding target base station(530).
