摘要 PURPOSE: A high response tension control apparatus is provided which is capable of changing dead load by using a roll that is capable of changing dead load by angle and position of a subsidiary moving adjusting weight to secure fast response for a large tension change as well as a small tension change. CONSTITUTION: In a tension control apparatus of a continuous heat treating furnace comprising a deadweight roll part contacted with strip to press the strip, a subsidiary moving adjusting weight part for moving weight back and forth, a frame driving part for standing up the adjusting weight part at one end of the base(300), and a deadweight control part for moving the weight back and forth or controlling a rising angle of the frame by difference between a set value and actually measured values, the high response tension control apparatus capable of changing dead load is characterized in that the deadweight roll part comprises a base(300), and a deadweight roll(500), the subsidiary moving adjusting weight part comprises a plural screw bars(420), a power transmission gear(450), a timing belt(460), a subsidiary moving weight(410), a fixed bar(440), a weight guide(430), a screw motor(470), and an operation pulse generator(480), the frame driving part comprises a supporting part comprising a clamp(320) fixed to the base(300), a shaft(330), a fine control gear(370), a shaft gear(380), a screw motor(470) and a pulse generator(385), a motion part comprising a moving guide frame(310) and circular wheels(316), and a guide part comprising a crucial circular guide(340) and a guide support(390), wherein the deadweight control part receives a tension set value from an upper level (supervisory control computer system), supplies a power source to the screw motor(470) as receiving tension detecting values from tension meter roll and detecting rotation amount of the operation pulse generator(480), and supplies a power source to a fine tension adjusting motor(350) as detecting rotation amount of the pulse generator(385).
