<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency generator operation controller which makes the operation of a generator match with the power demand of an electric apparatus, as mush as possible. SOLUTION: This controller is equipped with a fuel cell 1 which generates specified power connected to a commercial power line via a distribution system 2, a control part 12 which controls the operation, that is, the power generation of the fuel cell 1, and a measurement part 11 which is composed of a personal computer for observing the utilization situation of power load of each apparatus in a group 10 of electrical apparatus in, for example, by each day and for fetching the measurement data, being connected to the control part 12 and to others. Moreover, the measurement part 11 generates a basic operation pattern separately for each piece of data, where weather factors such as temperature, humidity are combined in plural number, and acquires weather information by means of a weather information acquisition unit, and decides a parameter, and selects a basic operation pattern corresponding to the decided parameter. The control part 12 makes the fuel cell 1 operate, in accordance with the selected basic operation pattern.</p> |
