<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict a damage ratio and an amount of damages of an existing building to an earthquake. SOLUTION: An earthquake resistance index inputting part 31 of an evaluation target building inputs a structural earthquake resistance index which is a structural earthquake resistance diagnosis result of the evaluation target building. A failure probability calculating part 32 calculates a failure probability responding to an earthquake input level on the basis of the inputted structural earthquake resistance index by using a failure probability calculating condition precedently calculated by an optimum condition determination processor 10 from damage data of past earthquakes. A damage prediction information outputting part 33 outputs a damage ratio curve, a risk curve or the like as a damage prediction result of the evaluation target building from the calculated failure probability.</p> |
