<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the environment capable of allowing everyone to provide the optimum goods and service by activating a result of the research on customers' satisfaction to the nursing care-related business. SOLUTION: The information on the customers' satisfaction to the nursing care-related business is managed by using an information management system including the first database 1 for storing the responses from the customers relating to the research of the customers' satisfaction to the nursing-care related business, the second database for storing the contents of proposal with the satisfaction of more than a predetermined standard among the information stored in the first database 1, corresponding to the information on the customer's characteristic such as the symptoms, the physical characteristic and a family structure of a person in need of nursing care, and a retrieving means 3 for retrieving and outputting the optimum proposed contents from the second data base 2 by inputting the information on the customer's characteristic such as the symptoms, the physical characteristic and the family structure of the person in need of nursing care.</p> |
