<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience at entering, providing, and accounting time of road service, and to create new road service providing business. SOLUTION: A member procedure is proceeded according to access to a home page control server from a cellular phone terminal (S1-1 to S1-7). When receiving position information and a road service offer request formed by a GPS function part built in a portable information terminal by a road service intermediary server when trouble is caused, the road service content according to the road service offer request is acquired from the portable information terminal, and the road service content and the position information are informed to a road service executor by a nonlife insurance company or a road service network providing company (S1-8 to S1-14).</p> |
