PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flicker surely by effectively evading complicated operation being applied to a portable telephone set having, e.g. imaging mechanism, regarding a control method of an imaging apparatus, control program of the imaging apparatus, a recording medium recording control program of the imaging apparatus, the imaging apparatus and the portable telephone set. SOLUTION: Position information which can specify a frequency of a commercial power source at least at a present position is obtained from a public network by radio communication. On the basis of the position information, a charge storage time of an imaging device 2 is controlled, thereby controlling exposure.
