PURPOSE: Provided is a treatment method of porous biodegradable polymer scaffolds for improved hydrophilicity and flexibility which produces a biodegradable porous polymer scaffolds having hydrophilicity and affinity to tissue. CONSTITUTION: The method includes blending a biodegradable polymer having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000 g/mol with an oligomer type surfactant in a ratio of 1:0.001 to 0.3 (weight/volume). The biodegradable polymer is one or at least two selected from poly(lactic acid), poly(glycolic acid), poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid), polydioxanone, poly(epsilon-caprolactone), copolymer of poly(beta-hydroxybutyrate) and polyhydroxybutyric acid-co-hydroxyvaleric acid, and poly(gamma-ethylglutamate), polyanhydrides. The surfactant is one or at least two selected from polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyethylene castor oil derivatives, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene stearates and polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymers.
