PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding threading of the front end part of strip of hot rolled coil is provided to easily thread the front end part of the strip into the facility inlet side of a stainless steel production line. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a guiding part comprising a guiding table(20) rotationally installed on an inlet side vertical frame(11) consisting a transfer table(10) so that the guiding table is positioned at the lower surface of strip(200) being unwounded from coil, a swing cylinder(21) connected to the guiding table and facility bottom to rotate the guiding table; a rotation member(24) rotationally installed at the upper part of the vertical frame(11), a pressing roll(25) installed at the end of the rotation member so that the pressing roll is laterally closely adhered to the upper part of the strip, a driving motor connected to rotation shaft of the pressing roll to rotate the pressing roll, and a pressing cylinder(26) connected between the upper part of the vertical frame and rotation member to rotate the rotation member so that the strip being unwounded from a pay off reel(110) is supported to be guided into a space between pinch rolls(14,15); and an upper correction roll rotating means comprising a frame(40) which is rotationally installed at one side of the vertical frame, and on which an upper correction roll(12) of the transfer table is installed along a length direction of the frame, and a driving cylinder(41) installed between the upper part of the vertical frame and frame to rotate the frame so that the strip(200) is advanced into a space between upper and lower correction rolls(12,13).
