PURPOSE: A portable battery charger is provided to enable a beginner to charge a portable battery easily and to minimize electric loss according to an unnecessary power supply by adjusting a power amount supplied to a charger. CONSTITUTION: A power connection code(110) is connected to various power sockets, and a solar battery(120) receives solar light to supply a power. A charger battery(130) is charged by a power from the solar battery and supplies a power. A control part(140) senses an inductance value generated by formation of a magnetic field and adjusts a power amount to be supplied to the charger battery or the power connection code. The first coil(150) receives a power from the power connection code or the charger battery via the control part and forms a magnetic field so as to generate an inductance value. A charger supplies a power and consists of an alarm generating part(160) for lighting in response to a control signal from the control part. A battery(200) has the secondary coil(210) for rectifying an induction magnetic field generated by the magnetic field to supply current.
