PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the complication of a mechanism for removing surplus lengths of wire rods extended from a holding mechanism, and to respond to the downsizing of a coil. SOLUTION: A device for processing a winding terminal comprises: a bobbin 1 wherein a plurality of lead pins 2 are arranged to which wind-start terminals and wind-end terminals of a plurality of wire rods X, Y that are wound by one turn are individually entangled; the holding mechanism 4 that holds the surplus lengths cut from the wind-start and wind-end terminals of the wire rods X, Y; and a transfer mechanism that relatively transfers the bobbin 1 and the holding mechanism 4. The holding mechanism 4 comprises a plurality of holding pieces 41, 42 that are detachable and individually sandwich the respective surplus lengths of the wire rods X, Y. The holding pieces 41, 42 of the holding mechanism 4 are phase-arranged relative to the alignment of the lead pins 2.
