PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since the regulation of the degree of coupling of a dielectric oscillator and a microstrip line is performed by regulating the distance between the oscillator and the line, it is necessary to accurately regulate the dimensional precision of a circuit and the mounting position of the oscillator and the attaching position of the microstrip line in the regulation, and, since the regulation takes much time, the cost and the labor of manufacturing the oscillator are increased. SOLUTION: The oscillator A comprises an amplifier 10, an attenuator 20, a narrow band filter 30, and a variable attenuator 40. Further, the output is provided with a detector 50 for detecting an oscillation signal output from the amplifier 10, a reference voltage generator 70 for outputting a desired amplitude, and a loop filter 60 for comparing the oscillator amplitude detected by the detector 50 with the desired amplitude output from the generator 70 to output the comparison result to the attenuator 40.
