PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive various information from any of disaster prevention facilities connected through a network by a center, and to call a person in charge who is in a traveling vehicle according to the received contents, and to send the person in charge out to a location where the disaster prevention facility is set. SOLUTION: This alarm system is provided with a receiving means for receiving transmitted information from a disaster prevention facility, a location judging means for judging which location has the disaster prevention facility which has transmitted the information received by the receiving means, a specific information judging means for judging whether or not the received information is specific information, a re- transmission requesting means for issuing a re-transmission request to the disaster prevention facility when it is judged that the received information is the specific information, an information matching judging means for judging whether or not the information re-transmitted from the disaster prevention facility in response to the re-transmission request is matched with the received information, a retrieving means for retrieving a person in charge who is able to be sent out, and a sending-out transmitting means for transmitting a sending-out instruction to the person in charge retrieved by the retrieving means when it is judged that the information is matched by the information matching judging means.
